Rainy Day

So it's raining here in Southern California for the first time in...oh who knows when.
I was driving home from Coffee Conglomerate after having satisfied my fix for their latest pseudo-holiday-themed beverage, when splooshes of water began to fall on my windshield.

I squinted up for a second (keeping your eyes on the road is still preferable) and said, "hey! It's raining!"

Hello, captian obvious.

I was meant to volunteer at fashion week in L.A. today, but I don't think i'm going to go. I'm just not that into it. Volunteering is something you should actually look forward to, and despite my temporary insanity in signing up, I'm just not.

Instead, i'm going to listen to rainy day music, and do rainy day things like watch all of Buffy Season 2 on DVD and the first season of The Amazing Race Season 1 on DVD as well. Then I'm going to play with my neglected Sims.
